Our Copyright Infringment Policy  (effective 1/11/2011)

We have introduced a copyright policy today to protect owners of works.  We do not support the scum who are sewer dwellers and pretend to act on behalf of the copyright owner(s)

If a customer is proven to have infringed another persons work (not limited to music / videos) we will advise the customer and forward any correspondence from the copyright owner.
As stated above we ignore any report/request from anyone but the copyright owner (see below for a link to our procedure)

If a customer is proven to have infringed another persons copyright 6 times in a calender month period, there service may have some ports blocked to try and prevent the user from further infringments for a period of 14 days. If a customer infringes another persons copyright work more then 12 times in a calender month period, there account will have ports blocked to prevent further infringments for a period of 60 days. If a csutomer infringes another persons copyright work more then 20 times in a calender month period, we reserve the right to cancel the account in accordance with our terms and conditions.

An alledged report of an infringement will only be accepted once these steps are facilitated and payment is made. Any report made not following these steps will be deleted.
Any report that is not made or lodged following our procedure will not count as an infringment against a user.
